We afford considerable importance to the quality of our products, and this begins with the drying process. We use two different drying methods to meet the needs of our customers: bulk drying and drying in pallets.
In our drying installation, we have two tanks, one measuring 16 metres in length and the other 21 metres in length. These tanks have been specially designed for vacuum drying, which makes it possible to obtain quick and efficient results. The length of drying varies depending on the initial moisture level of the wood, but generally speaking, it takes between 4 and 6 days to reach the desired level of drying.
The ideal moisture level for the treatment of wood is generally between 20% and 25%. However, our drying installation is so efficient that it also allows us to reach lower levels, ranging from 10% to 15%, in line with our customers’ needs.
In addition, our drying process is environmentally friendly. We use the electrical energy produced using our field of solar panels, which reduces our carbon footprint and contributes to preserving our planet.
Our pallet drying process is designed to offer maximum efficiency and superior quality. We use advanced technologies to rapidly dry small volumes of wood, thereby guaranteeing consistent and high quality drying. This method is ideal to meet the specific pallet drying needs of our customers, with capacities adapted to varied volumes.
For bulk drying, we have modern and economical machinery, capable of treating large volumes of wood. Our system uses an atmospheric pressure drying method, enabling efficient air renewal and precise control of the drying process. This approach allows us to manage volumes ranging from medium to large, thereby ensuring optimum flexibility and efficiency for all types of bulk drying.
